By using ClinchDesk you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to accept on its behalf.
Use of Service
- Keep credentials secure and follow your organization’s access controls.
- Do not misuse the platform or attempt to disrupt availability.
- Comply with applicable laws and avoid sending unlawful or abusive content.
Data Ownership
- You own your organization’s data. We process it to operate the service.
- We may use aggregated, de-identified metrics to improve product performance.
Subscriptions & Billing
- Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled according to your billing settings.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades may adjust feature availability at renewal.
Service Availability
We aim for high availability and reserve the right to make updates that improve security, performance, and usability. Planned maintenance will be communicated when possible.
Security & Compliance
- We implement industry-standard security controls and tenant isolation.
- Report security issues to security@clinchdesk.com.
Termination
- You may stop using the service at any time. Organization owners can request data export before closure.
- We may suspend access for violations of these terms or security risks.
Changes
We may update these terms to reflect product changes or legal requirements. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
